Attendees/Patrons booking tickets from a third-party platform are required to contact us directly at help@tedxpunkunnam.com to reserve your seats with your booking information prior to the event to ensure smooth entry process.

All Paid Registrants seats will be reserved until 02:00 PM only. Beyond this time the seats will be released for wait-listed attendees. Re-entry is not allowed once you've entered—due to security protocols.

No outside food, alcohol, cigarettes, weapons, or flammable substances are allowed inside the premises or the venue. No suitcases or large bags are allowed—plan to travel light. We do not offer storage or allow foreign or suspicious items, inside the complex.

Entry by tickets/passes only. You must carry valid government ID.

Strictly no flash photography or video recording is allowed inside the theatre. Violations will incur a fine up to ₹ 25,000. The organisers and venue staff reserve the right to remove any attendee for misconduct—no refunds will be provided.

Arriving after badge distribution is closed (post-02:30 PM) means no guaranteed seat. Auditorium doors close promptly, and late attendees may miss entry. There is a limited seating capacity of 100 attendees available inside the venue at any given time during the event.

Non-attendance means you forfeit the ticket, which may be reassigned. Read our Refund and Cancellation Policy for all information.

Parking is provided by Mall management and subject to availability. We recommend—you should use public transport, ride-hailing (Uber/Ola), or carpooling to reach the venue.
